Rotten garbage is sent into a roller screen by a chain feeder and a feeding conveyor for screening, and iron and humus are separated from the undersized materials by a magnetic separator; After iron removal by magnetic separation, the materials on the sieve enter the air separator for secondary separation, and the separated heavy materials can be sorted and recycled again according to the situation, or backfilled with other humus; The separated light materials, such as film and cloth, are compressed and packaged and sent to the incineration power plant.

The basic idea of stale garbage treatment is to use the corresponding resource utilization technology to reuse most of the garbage, and to landfill the garbage that cannot be reused, so as to reduce and recycle the stale garbage to a great extent. The treatment technical route adopted by our company has been adjusted and changed continuously after many experiments of our own actual operation of the landfill stale garbage screening project and the actual operation of many customers in China, and finally a complete set of practical stale garbage screening treatment technical route has been formed.

Stale garbage refers to the product of natural evolution of garbage after landfill treatment for a long time. After long-term microbial fermentation and decomposition, the stale garbage has a high moisture content and a low organic matter content. If it is dug out and incinerated, it needs to be screened and sorted first, and the separated combustible materials will be used for garbage incineration, and other garbage will be composted and landfilled according to specific classification. Stale garbage can be classified into the following categories: humus, plastic film, hard plastic (which can be divided into many kinds of plastics), rubber, magnets, non-ferrous metals, bricks and tiles of construction waste, waste glass, wood, textiles and combustible materials. Then, they are effectively recycled, so that these wastes can be turned into commodities that can be accepted by the market again, and the recycling of materials is promoted.
