This production line is specifically designed for the pre-treatment of municipal solid waste in urban and rural areas. It employs a modular structure and intelligent control system to achieve efficient screening and component separation of mixed waste, facilitating resource utilization and harmless disposal, and aligning with national environmental protection policies and the requirements of a circular economy.

【Production Capacity】:

The standard configuration has a processing capacity of 50–300 tons/day (customizable to meet specific needs), ensuring continuous and stable operation to meet the operational requirements of waste transfer stations or treatment centers of varying sizes.

【Product Introduction】:

This production line consists of a feeding system, multi-stage screening devices, an air separation system, a magnetic separation unit, a conveying mechanism, and a centralized control system. The entire machine is constructed from wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, featuring a compact structure, rational layout, and ease of maintenance. It is suitable for separating components such as plastics, paper, metals, organic matter, and inert substances, improving the efficiency of subsequent resource recycling.

【Working Principle】:

After being evenly distributed, municipal solid waste first enters a drum screen or vibrating screen for particle size classification. Then, a wind separator separates lightweight combustibles (such as plastics and paper). A magnetic separator automatically adsorbs ferrous metals. The remaining components are conveyed by belt to a designated area, achieving simultaneous separation of multiple components. The entire process is intelligently controlled by PLC, with visible and adjustable operating parameters.
