Four-axis shredder is a kind of solid waste disposal equipment which can be used to shred metal barrels, waste tires, hard plastics, automobile shells, waste household appliances and other strong and tough waste materials. The equipped four cutter shafts have strong grasping and shearing capabilities, which not only saves the pressing components, but also flexibly controls the crushing size of the final materials, and has played a special role in the crushing of various materials.
Four-axis shredder adopts four groups of cutter rollers to cooperate with each other, which has stronger grasping and shearing ability for materials. Through the tearing and shearing action of four groups of knives, materials with high toughness and ductility such as metal, rubber and hard plastic can be crushed more forcefully.
Double-row cutters cooperate with each other to realize two-stage combined crushing of materials, and the crushing effect is better. Four-cutter shaft structure
